The Galaxy pha series was meant to showcase Samsung’s new design approach for smartphones. had high hopes for this family of devices because the pha felt so premium compared to the rest of the Samsung smartphone family. The leaked Galaxy A5 will not sport a full-metal body like its pha counterpart, though it will be outfitted in a material that feels “cold in the h,” according to SamMobile’s sources. The downgrade from metal may be to cut costs, as this is a mid-range phone. Inside, the Galaxy A5 may feature a 5-inch HD (720p) Super AMOD display, 13-megapixel camera, 2330 mAh battery pack, 16GB of storage, 5-megapixel front-facing camera, an updated version of Touchz. It may be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor, too, which is used in a plethora of mid-range Android devices. At least it looks good. There’s no word on when the device will launch, or whether it will come to the U.S.
